EdenCubs was founded with a simple but meaningful belief: early childhood education should be warm, safe, professional and deeply connected with families.
Our founder, Adam, brings around 20 years of experience in education entrepreneurship, operations and management. His background includes early learning centres, education groups and industry associations across different countries. He also has training certificates in psychology and nutrition, supporting his belief that children’s physical wellbeing, emotional security and social happiness should always come first.
We hope to create more than an early learning centre. We want families to feel welcome, comfortable and genuinely involved in the daily life of the centre. Parents are encouraged to communicate openly with teachers, share ideas and grow together with the EdenCubs community. Where possible, we also create part-time work opportunities for parents, so families can become part of our wider learning community.
We place strong importance on environmental safety. We do not carry out unnecessary renovations simply to make the centre look newer. Fresh paint, new furniture, new flooring and strong renovation odours can affect indoor air quality, especially for young children. An early learning centre should feel like a warm home — not a factory, not a hotel, and not a space designed only for appearance. In daily cleaning routines, we are careful with the use of chemical cleaning products, especially in areas used by infants and toddlers.
Children’s physical health is extremely important, and their emotional wellbeing is just as important. Our teachers are safety checked, and we look for people who genuinely love early childhood education. Many of our teachers are qualified early childhood education professionals with New Zealand teaching qualifications and current practising certificates. Our goal is to provide a happy, safe, caring, relaxed and well-managed learning environment.
We believe the friendships children build in their early years matter deeply. For a young child, friends are part of their happiness, confidence and sense of belonging. The friends they meet at EdenCubs may become part of the happy memories they carry for many years to come.
