Warm Relationships
Children are supported by caring adults who notice their routines, feelings, growth and friendships.
At EdenCubs, children are supported by warm relationships and close communication with families. Our approach helps each child feel known, safe and confident while they grow through friendship, play and daily care.
On average, every 3–5 children are supported by a familiar key teacher. This teacher pays close attention to each child’s routines, emotions, friendships and growth, helping children feel safe, settled and understood.
We see the emotional safety of children as deeply important. When children feel secure and known, they are more ready to explore, communicate and build friendships that can become a joyful part of their lives for years to come.
Families can speak with the key teacher or any member of our team about their child’s education, care and daily wellbeing. We also invite family feedback from time to time so our teaching team can keep improving communication, trust and partnership.
We believe a centre should feel like a second home — a place where children are cared for, families are heard and teachers and parents can grow together in partnership.
A strong early learning environment is built around one team: children, families and teachers working together with love, care and responsibility.
Children are supported by caring adults who notice their routines, feelings, growth and friendships.
Families are invited into honest, respectful conversations about children’s everyday learning and wellbeing.
We keep improving through feedback, shared responsibility and a strong partnership between home and centre.
